01. Review status

The clauses below describe the proposed service arrangement. Final company particulars, customer eligibility, support, pricing, cancellation, privacy and dispute arrangements must be reviewed before effective terms are issued. No rights are waived by viewing this draft, and it does not replace applicable protections or an existing separately agreed arrangement.

02. The product and company

L Hazard AI is an AI workspace product of L Hazard Ltd, not a separate legal entity. The parent company is the proposed service provider. Its exact registered particulars remain subject to confirmation before this draft can become effective.

03. Accounts and access

Use your own authorized account, keep sign-in credentials private and report suspected misuse to the administrator who provided access. Use team resources only within the role and limits assigned to you. Do not impersonate another person, share privileged access or bypass authentication, MFA, provider permissions or spending controls.

A sample review profile or an Admin/CEO preview does not grant a real role. Public customer eligibility and account-support arrangements are still awaiting approval.

04. Responsible use

The proposed permitted use is lawful drafting, research, coding and related work that you are authorized to undertake. Share only content you have permission to process and review material before sending or publishing it.

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, unauthorized access, infringement or disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not attempt to obtain API keys, evade safeguards or turn retrieved pages or saved notes into authorization for external actions.

05. AI and human review

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated material. Citations help you inspect sources; they do not establish that every claim is correct. Independently check important conclusions and obtain qualified advice for consequential medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions.

Review code and documents before use. There is no promise of a particular result, uninterrupted availability or independent autonomous judgment. These limitations describe the technology; they are not a blanket exclusion of the company’s responsibilities.

Live research is not browser control. The isolated cloud browser is not connected, and device voice assistance is not a full-duplex realtime AI call. Worker-backed jobs and schedules require a separately connected, reviewed runtime.

06. Content and data flows

Your submitted message, chosen conversation context and explicitly selected enabled memory are processed by the selected AI provider. Live research currently uses OpenAI and may send derived search queries. New chats start in Live research; choose Chat before sending if you do not want web search. Merely opening a page does not send an AI request.

Optional dictation and read-aloud can use browser or device services, including remote speech processing. Dictated text is reviewed before sending; voice commands need an explicit Apply action. The app does not save raw microphone recordings.

The current data-use notice explains cloud storage, provider sharing, usage records and deletion boundaries. Provider terms and data handling differ. Never place passwords or API credentials in prompts, project drafts, memory or the sample review. An approved privacy notice, contact route and retention arrangements are still required before public launch.

07. Plans, costs and limits

No subscription checkout, payment collection or automatic renewal is enabled by this draft. Any plan presentation is for pre-launch review, not a purchase offer or entitlement to unlimited service. Final prices, taxes, billing frequency and cancellation or refund arrangements have not been approved here.

Real AI requests can nevertheless incur charges on connected provider accounts. Models, search tools and queued stages have different costs. Workspace budgets use configured rate estimates and conservative reservations; these are not provider invoices and do not cover all usage outside the app. Your administrator controls provider availability and limits.

Activating a schedule is a separate approval for future metered work. Stopping or cancelling cannot retract a request already sent or its provider charge. The sample review does not make paid AI calls.

08. Product and content ownership

The L Hazard AI product, branding and company materials belong to L Hazard Ltd or their respective rights holders. This draft does not transfer your rights in submitted content to the company.

The proposed permission to process your content is limited to delivering the requested workspace functions and their necessary storage and administration, as described in the data-use notice. It is not a general permission to reuse your content for unrelated purposes. The final wording requires legal review.

AI output may resemble other material. No exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights is promised; check the content and your intended use before publication.

09. Restrictions and review

The proposed approach is to restrict access when necessary to address credible security risks, misuse, exhausted limits or a provider interruption, and to keep the restriction proportionate to the issue. Where safe and appropriate, the company should explain the reason and offer a route to review a mistake.

Customer service is available as a contact route at support@lhazard.com. A formal complaint/escalation process and response-time commitment are still under review. This draft does not claim an unrestricted right to terminate access, retain payments, alter an agreed price or prevent someone from seeking redress.

This company-designated address is a contact route, not a promise of an instant reply or automated ticket. For internal access changes, contact the organization administrator who provided your access. Never share passwords, verification codes or API keys.

Owner and legal review must confirm the company particulars, audience, support and complaint contacts, data responsibilities, retention, commercial terms and any applicable dispute arrangements. The effective date and acceptance process are intentionally pending. The service email was supplied by the company owner. Mailbox delivery has not been tested in this review; no refund period or jurisdiction is invented here.

Approved terms and material changes should be presented clearly before they are relied upon. This page contains no acceptance checkbox and does not record agreement through continued browsing.
